In our play skills bootcamps, we teach a variety of skills for preschool through first graders, offer supervised practice in play, and provide immediate feedback on behaviors in a supportive environment. During our anxiety and stress management bootcamps, we’ll focus on teaching your child to identify their common stressors, stress responses, and how to use coping skills. This bootcamp focuses on the prevention of stress within specific scenarios, and teaches children how to recognize and cope with anxiety in one-time and ongoing situations they may otherwise avoid.

Our independence and self-management bootcamp focus on teaching high school students essential skills to prepare for living independently and life after high school. Topics covered include goal setting, time management strategies, budgeting, self-monitoring, and any specific concerns participants bring to the group. Common requests from past participants include phone call etiquette for scheduling appointments, how to take public transportation, and how to be a courteous roommate.
