In our play skills bootcamps, we’ll be teaching a variety of play skills for preschool through first graders including how to approach and join others at play, inviting friends to play, following rules, taking turns, good sportsmanship, and positive interaction during play.
• September 13-15 // Theme: Anxiety/Stress Management // 2ND - 3RD Grade
During our anxiety and stress management bootcamps, we’ll focus on teaching participants to identify their common stressors and stress responses, what coping skills they can use in those situations, and how to recognize and cope with anxiety in one-time and ongoing situations.

Our independence and self-management bootcamp for high school students focus on teaching a variety of skills to help prepare for living independently and life after high school including goal setting, time management strategies, budgeting, self-monitoring, and more.
